IP Policy
This article explains the rules related to IP usage and account access at FXRK.
Each FXRK account is strictly personal and may only be accessed and operated by the registered user.
Accounts cannot be shared, transferred, or operated by third parties under any circumstances.
Allowing another person, service, or organization to access or trade the account is considered a violation of the FXRK program rules.
IP Access Rules
Accounts must be operated from a single, consistent IP address.
Accessing an FXRK account from multiple IP addresses is considered a violation of the FXRK program rules unless the change can be justified and verified by the FXRK compliance team.
Using shared devices or allowing third parties to access the account may be interpreted as a violation of the FXRK program rules.
Consequences of Violations
Any breach of the IP access rules may lead to actions taken by FXRK in accordance with the program rules and the FXRK Agreement.
IP Consistency and Exceptional Situations
In exceptional situations where an IP change occurs, FXRK may request verification to confirm that the account is still being operated by the registered user.
Examples may include travel, temporary relocation, or other legitimate circumstances.
Failure to provide sufficient verification may result in the account being considered in violation of the FXRK program rules.
