What Happens to the Profits

• No payout can be requested from a breached account

• Any pending or unpaid profit becomes invalid once the breach occurs

This applies to accounts that are still in the challenge phase and also to funded accounts that become disqualified for breaking the rules.

A payout is only possible if the account:

• Remains active

• Complies with all program rules

• Meets the payout conditions established by FXRK

If the account is breached before the payout is approved and processed, the generated profits cannot be withdrawn.

How to Continue After a Breach

If your account is disqualified and you want to continue trading within the FXRK program:

• You will need to purchase a new challenge

• You must start again under the rules of the selected program
