Refund Eligibility
You can request a refund within fourteen (14) days without specifying any reason. It's essential to approach payments with care and genuine intent to use our services. Refunds are discouraged based on simple changes of heart. If a position is opened on your demo account before the specified time limit expires, the right to a refund is automatically forfeited. In case of our errors, we take full responsibility and will address them accordingly. If there's an ongoing resolution claim for a service, you may not qualify for a refund during this period.
Refund Process
If eligible, you will receive the refund through the same payment platform used, within fourteen (14) days.
Discretion on Refunds
We reserve the right to grant or deny refunds based on our judgment.
Notification Requirements
To request a refund, send an email to support@fxrk.com with the subject “Refund”. For efficient processing, provide all necessary information related to your request.
EU Consumer Notice
In line with Article 16(a) of the Directive 2011/83/EU, the right to withdraw may be unavailable if the service is completely rendered with the consumer's prior approval, acknowledging their forfeiture of withdrawal rights after full service completion.
